(the “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). ‘You’ or ‘Your’ refers to any User of the Service, whether a clinical trial participant (the “Participant”), and a family member of the Participant (a “Family Member”), a person involved in running the clinical trial (such as a doctor or trial coordinator, the “Researcher”) or a pharmacist (the “Pharmacist”, with the Participant, Family Member, Researcher and Pharmacist, each a “User”).  If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not click “Log In” or “Sign up” and do not use the Service.

We respect your right to privacy. Your ability to make informed choices about the uses of your information is important to us. Data that Participants provide or is collected by means of the Services: (a) data provided while registering, such as your name, email, mobile number and date of birth and (b) data provided while using the App, such as clinical and operative texts (which may include photos and files) and data regarding the clinical trial or your medical condition. If a Participant asks to join the Service by means of his/her Researcher or pharmacist, the Researcher or pharmacist shall provide us with the Participant’s mobile number and we will send a link to download the App.

Data about the Researchers: (a) data provided while registering, such as your name, email, and mobile number and (b) data provided while using the App, such as interactions with the patients, login and app usage data.

Data about the Pharmacists: (a) data provided while registering, such as your name, email, mobile number and data about the capabilities of your pharmacy and (b) data provided while using the App, such as login and app usage data screens and features used also the work (frequency and content) performed with the patients providing service for.

Data about Family Members: (a) data provided while registering, such as your name, email, and mobile number and (b) data provided while using the App, such as interactions with the patients and sites teams, login and app usage data.

Data collected automatically from the Services (whether from Participants, Researchers, Pharmacists and/or Family Members and/or persons who visit the Website): The Service will also record certain information automatically, such as your geo-location, IP address, pages visited or viewed, the services in which you were interested, mobile device or computer, operating system and browser.

When you contact us: In addition, we collect any information you provide when you contact us for any reason.

You are not required by law to provide us with any of the information described herein, but by using the Services you agree to provide us with such information.

 

How We Use Information

We will not share your Personal Information with third parties without your explicit permission, except when required by law, regulation, subpoena or court order or as otherwise expressly set forth herein. We may use Personal Information and other information internally – for example, to provide you with goods and services, to help diagnose problems with our servers, and to make our services more useful for you and for our other customers.

We used the provided information in order to provide you with the Services. We use the mobile phone number provided by the Researcher in order to send a link and code in order for the Participant to download and use our App. We use the mobile phone number provided by the Participant in order to send a link and code in order for the Participant’s supporting Family Member to download and use our App. We provide a platform which allows communications between the Researchers, Pharmacists and the Participants (as well as their supporting Family Members, if so requested by the Participant) and the Researchers, Pharmacists, Participants and Family Members will have access to the data shared on the Services. Additionally, messages will be sent to the Participant, Family Member and/or Researcher and/or Pharmacist in order to help the Participant to execute the actions required in the context of the trial.

We may share your Personal Information with:

Members of our corporate family, or third party vendors or service providers, such as email service providers sending emails on our behalf. We may also authorize third party vendors or service providers to collect information on our behalf. We will require members of our corporate family and third party vendors to follow practices that protect your privacy rights on a level at least as restrictive as the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Business partners with whom we may jointly offer products or services, or whose products or services may be offered on our Website. You can tell when a third party is involved in a product or service because their name will appear, either alone or with ours. If you choose to use these products or services, we may share information about you, including your Personal Information, with those partners. Please note that we do not control the privacy practices of these third party business partners. If you wish to no longer allow that third party to use your information, please contact that third party directly.

Referring websites. If you were referred to this Website from another site (for example, through a link), we may share some information about you with that referring website. If you reside or are located in the United States and you registered for the Services through your healthcare provider, insurer, pharmacy or any other covered entity, the Company’s provision of the Services to you will be subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, Subtitle D of the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act of 2009 (“HITECH”), and regulations and other guidance promulgated under both laws by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (collectively, “HIPAA”).

 

How we Protect Information

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We will delete any information provided to us by a User upon the receipt of a written request by such User. We cannot restore information once it has been deleted.
