Gerald E. Finken, R.Ph., M.S.

Chief Executive Officer & Pharmacist

Gerald is a licensed pharmacist with almost 40 years of experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. In 1997, he founded Clinical Supplies Management, Inc. (CSM), a clinical supplies packaging and labeling company, where he invented On-Demand packaging and labeling and Clinical Trial Research Pharmacist (CTRP®) services and where he pioneered Direct-to-Patient services. In 2013, he founded Center Point Clinical Services and subsequently created the innovative Siteless Contract Research Organizations (CRO) model. In 2020, Gerald launched RxE2, Inc., where he now serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Gerald focuses on innovation, disruptive business strategies, and growth opportunities.

Yaniv Zilberman

Chief Operating Officer

Yaniv has 20 years in executive roles leading enterprise software solutions like System Analysis Program (SAP), LivePerson, and Amdocs, with vast experience in building innovative, technology-based organizations for accelerated growth. Yaniv was the co-founder and CEO of Habitu (acquired by RxE2), an AI-based solution applying Distributed Trial Management across life routines and points of care. Before founding Habitu, Yaniv was Vice President of Global Professional Services for Pontis (acquired by Amdocs) and directed hundreds of professionals in delivering solutions and customer success to Fortune 500 companies.

Tina Schlecht, PharmD, MBA

Chief Pharmacy Officer

Tina joined RxE2 as Vice President of Pharmacy Operations in 2020. She brings 20 years of experience in pharmacy and the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries to RxE2. She began her career at CSM, where she led the growth of CTRP® services and went on to be President of Center Point Clinical Services. She also worked on strategic programs and as head of the Long-Term Care Division for the National Community Pharmacists Association. Additionally, she oversaw individual case safety reports (ICSR) processing and regulatory submissions for serious adverse events at ProPharma Group. Tina received her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from North Dakota State University and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Oregon. Her pharmacy practice experience includes community and outpatient pharmacy, in addition to clinical research.

Yoav Grinstein

Chief Product & Strategy Officer

Yoav started as an Information Technology & Systems Manager and has served in various operational and technological roles in medical device and pharma companies. Yoav led the development and implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRP), and analytics solutions. Following this, he spent several years consulting and managing technological evaluation and implementation projects for high-tech, life sciences, and banks. During 10 years at Teva Pharmaceuticals, Yoav performed various roles in development, supporting hundreds of clinical trials. Yoav managed Teva’s clinical data management systems solutions contributing to Federal Drug Administration and European Medicines Evaluation Agency (EMEA) submissions, regulatory audits, and technology development in a regulatory environment. Additionally, he led the large and complex global clinical supply chain operations, global business operations solving technological problems for Teva’s trials, implementation of trial design solutions, advanced AI prediction, clinical innovations, and Teva strategic partnerships with CRO.

Doug Liberi

Vice President of Business Development & Sales

Doug joined RxE2 as Vice President of Business Development in 2023, bringing with him over 15 years of experience in the clinical research space at startups in a variety of leadership roles. He began his career in 2008 at YPrime, a startup eclinical consulting firm, and as part of the leadership team helped drive the company’s evolution from a consultancy to a market-leading eclinical software solutions provider with a portfolio of products including IRT, eCOA & CTMS. In 2019, Doug joined Medable as Head of Account Management where he led the growth of strategic accounts in the DCT space while providing oversight to the operational delivery teams. During his time at Medable, he contributed to the product strategy for DCT solutions with a focus on global regulations and user experience. With a proven track record of operational excellence and overall business growth, Doug is focused on category creation and market expansion.
