Gerald E. Finken, R.Ph., M.S.

CEO & Pharmacist

Gerald is a licensed pharmacist with almost 40 years of experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. In 1997, he founded CSM, a clinical supplies packaging and labeling company, where he invented On-Demand packaging and labeling, Clinical Trial Research Pharmacist (CTRP®) services, and pioneered Direct-to-Patient services. In 2013, he founded Center Point Clinical Services and subsequently created the innovative Siteless CRO model. In 2020, Gerald launched RxE2 where he now serves as CEO. Gerald focuses on innovation, disruptive business strategies, and growth opportunities.

Yaniv Zilberman

Chief Operating Officer

Yaniv has 20 years in executive roles in leading enterprise software solutions like SAP, LivePerson and Amdocs, with vast experience in building innovative, technology-based organizations for accelerated growth. Yaniv was the co-founder and CEO of Habitu (acquired by RxE2), an AI based solution applying Distributed Trial Management across life-routines and points-of-care. Before founding Habitu, Yaniv led global Professional Services organization as VP PS in Pontis (acquired by Amdocs) with hundreds of professionals providing solution delivery and customer success to Fortune 500 companies.

Tina Schlecht, PharmD, MBA

Chief Pharmacy Officer

Tina joined RxE2 as vice president, pharmacy operations in 2020. She brings with her over 20 years of experience in pharmacy and the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. She began her career at Clinical Supplies Management, Inc. (CSM) where she led the growth of Clinical Trials Research Pharmacist (CTRP®) services. She went on to serve as president of Center Point Clinical Services. During her career, she was also employed by the National Community Pharmacists Association, heading the Long-Term Care Division and working on strategic programs, and ProPharma Group, overseeing ICSR (individual case safety reports) processing and regulatory submissions for serious adverse events. Tina received her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from North Dakota State University and her MBA from the University of Oregon. Her pharmacy practice experience includes community and outpatient pharmacy in addition to clinical research.

Yoav Grinstein

Chief Product & Strategy Officer

Yoav has served in a variety of operational and technological roles in medical device and pharma companies. He started as a Information Technology & Systems Manager in a medical device company. In his role Yoav was leading the development and implementation of ERP, CRM and analytics solutions. Following performed several years in consulting, managing technological evaluation and implementation projects in various industries as in high-tech, life science, banks, etc. Yoav performed various roles at Teva pharmaceuticals for approximately 10 years part of Teva’s clinical development group supporting hundreds of clinical trials. Yoav managed Teva’s clinical data management systems solutions taking part in submissions to the FDA and EMEA, regulatory audits and technology development in a regulatory environment. Led the Global clinical supply chain, a large and complex operation in a dynamic environment. Also lead global Business Operations, an organization aimed on solving technological problems for Teva’s trials, implementation of trials design solutions, advanced AI prediction, clinical innovations, Teva strategic partnerships with CROs, etc.

David Stark

David is a 27-year veteran of the clinical research industry. From a CRA I to VP of clinical both Pharma and medical device. He is a multi-award-winning business development executive (preclinical, clinical Phase I-3, clinical systems, and Biometrics) with a track record of revenue, market share, and customer growth in competitive marketplaces and a background in all levels of clinical study management. A proven strategist and sales hunter with a history of formulating, communicating and operationalizing impactful sales plans, expansion roadmaps, and growth targets to drive business from new and existing accounts.
